[10/25/2024 UPDATE] Many of you, including us, have never heard of the MAGA GRANDMA unless, of course, you’re a Republican. We learned from one of the leading pod casts (the Midas Touch) that she was a major far-right promoter of Donald Trump for president, but her way of thinking (politically, that is) began to change during her time at the January 6th Insurrection. 

    On that day, she entered deep within the People’s House taking photos and observing those who came in with her. Within a few days after the conclusion of this disastrous event, arrest warrants began in abundance, but Grandma stepped forth with a guilty plea. The Republican camp freaked out and told her that it wouldn’t be necessary to plead guilty, as she, at the most, would be let off with a slap on the wrist.

     But Grandma would have none of it. She said she needed to be incarcerated and serve time for promoting what she now believes are Trump lies, and that she did. . . . sixty days.

     So, what is Maga Grandma doing now? The same thing, but her promotional efforts are now in favor of the Harris/Walz camp.]

    Shortly after the debate ended, the very musically talented and brilliant mind of Taylor Swift wanted to make it official who she was supporting in the United States’ upcoming presidential race, dispelling the giant fib that former President Donald Trump said she was supporting him. Taylor asked the potential voters who watched the debate to do their research on what the candidates’ proposals are on the “issues at hand and plans for the country.”

    MSNBC’s Rachael Maddow read Taylor’s well-written proposal shortly after the debate ended. Taylor wrote in part:

    “Recently I was made aware that AI of ‘me’ falsely endorsing Donald Trump’s presidential run was posted to his site. It really conjured up my fears around AI, and the dangers of spreading misinformation. It brought me to the conclusion that I need to be very transparent about my actual plans for this election as a voter. The simplest way to combat misinformation is with the truth. I will be casting my vote for Kamala Harris and Tim Walz in the 2024 Presidential Election.

    “I’m voting for @kamalaharris because she fights for the rights and causes I believe in. [She is] a warrior to champion them. I think she is a steady-handed, gifted leader, and I believe we can accomplish so much more in this country if we are led by calm and not chaos. I was so heartened and impressed by her selection of running mate @timwalz, who has been standing up for LGBTQ+ rights, IVF, and a woman’s right to her own body for decades.”

    Taylor signed it “Childless Cat Lady.”

    Wow! What a beautifully written piece by a very astute musician whose musical credits are phenomenal. Did you know there are 58.23 million adult “Swifties” in the United States, and that she is the only artist to get more than 300 million streams globally? And did you know 337,826 potential voters visited vote.gov because of the endorsement? Can you imagine how large a number of “Swifties” votes will be cast for Kamala?

    Well, the TLM staff has done its homework too, and this is what we’ve come up with:

    As of September 9th, Vice President KAMALA HARRIS HAD A SLIGHT NATIONAL POLL LEAD OF THREE POINTS, BUT THE MUST-WIN STATES ARE MIGHTY CLOSE. THE KAMALA/TIM WALZ CAMP IS AHEAD IN NEARLY ALL OF THEM, EXCEPT GEORGIA. HOWEVER, HARRIS ACED THE DEBATE WITH DONALD TRUMP IN PHILADELPHIA THE FOLLOWING DAY BECAUSE HARRIS EFFECTIVELY AND BRILLIANTLY BAITED TRUMP, AND HE BEGAN TO LOSE HIS COOL, BLURTING OUT UNPROVEN STATEMENTS SUCH AS HAITIAN IMMIGRANTS IN SPRINGVILLE, OHIO EATING PET CATS AND DOGS. A FACT CHECK BY ABC MODERATOR DAVID MUAR PROVED HIM WRONG.

    PERHAPS THE BIGGEST FIB THAT TRUMP TOLD WAS THAT HIS RALLY CROWDS WERE PACKED, BUT HARRIS FOLLOWED UP BRILLIANTLY AND INVITED THE POTENTIAL VOTERS TO ONE OF TRUMP'S RALLIES TO SEE MANY OF HIS FOLLOWERS LEAVING BECAUSE THEY WERE BORED. TRUMP, HOWEVER, CLAIMED THE PEOPLE IN HARRIS’S PACKED RALLIES WERE MOSTLY PAID TO COME AND THAT HARRIS WAS GIVEN THE QUESTIONS IN ADVANCE. AGAIN, ALL OF THIS WAS PROVEN FALSE WITH FACT CHECKS.

    Donald Trump appears to be in panic mode, telling his people how the world as we know it will crumble if Harris succeeds, but he’s not telling them what he’s going to do for them. Instead, Trump is being Trump, screaming to his MAGA cult about how “horrible” (his favorite adjective) Kamala is, showing them edited films of her in Communist attire, and placing flowers at Arlington Cemetery, where it’s forbidden to take photos and videos. How many votes from the U.S. military, whether active or not, is Trump going to lose because of his camp’s prohibitive act of taking photos at Arlington?

    On September 4, 2024, Trump surprisingly admitted that he lost the 2020 election to President Biden, and White nationalist Nick Fuentes was not pleased. He thought it was a tremendous betrayal and is now working on getting voters to not vote for Trump. Why would Trump admit that? (Trump flipped on this statement in the debate, stating that he doesn’t remember saying he lost the election by a smidge, but a recording shows he did.)

    Putin recently, while addressing his people with lies about Russia’s military success in Ukraine, claimed that the Russian people support Harris and President Joe Biden in the U.S. presidential race. (We don’t think he was joking. We think he believes Harris is going to win.)

    Finally, historian Allan Lichtman, who correctly predicted nine out of the last 10 U.S. presidential elections, has given the nod to Harris. He based his prediction on 13 key elements, one of them being “the economy is not in recession during the election campaign.”

    BULLETIN: The Kamala Harris/Tim Walz campaign committee raised 47 million dollars in donations shortly after the debate!

    We feel it would be a great instrumental to introduce Kamala the next time she visits Arizona. It has an interesting Southwestern touch (think *The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly*). The Kamala camp indicated they would check it out, but nothing so far.

    This is Dick’s reply: “I’m very proud of Taylor’s endorsement for the Kamala/Walz camp. I can’t think of any other political endorsement that will bring forth more voters than Taylor’s. She really impressed me with her views. I’ve been recording guitar instrumentals and vocal frat-rock style tracks since 1961 and had a regional hit in Albuquerque in 1964. My wife, Judi, named my first instrumental ‘Precision.’ This guitar-rock instrumental opens with a beautiful classical piano riff, and it was with this hook that made it noticeable.

    “The hook for our *Freedom Advocate* instrumental is that it opens with a pronounced heartbeat followed by a beautiful, catchy melody of innocence, love, and a strong feeling of freedom. I believe it would be a perfect instrumental track to introduce Vice President Kamala Harris, especially when she visits the great state of Arizona. Why? Because of the guitar’s Southwest tone that’s popular in the region.

    “My continued success with my recordings under the band name King Richard and the Knights is not monetarily driven. It’s because I made the effort of doing it. To me, the most important thing in life is to contribute something positive to mankind before you leave this planet, no matter what that might be. Aside from music, I’ve written three books on early rock and roll with interviews of key contributors to Buddy Holly and the Crickets, and I’m close to finishing a fourth one.

    “Of course, all musicians, music composers, and writers would like to score big on something they’ve contributed. Let’s see. It’s now been 63 years that I’ve been in this business, and I’m not giving up.”
